SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
Orders within Greece are not subject to shipping costs if they exceed 69 euros. For orders up to 69 euros, the shipping cost is 5.00 euros.
The courier companies we partner with are ACS Courier and Geniki Taxydromiki, which have the largest distribution network in Greece and the highest reliability.
In the rare event that your residential area is not served by their network, peakathletics.gr will send your order using an alternative method, without any additional charge beyond those mentioned above.
Order Confirmation: You may receive a phone call from our company to confirm your order, should it be deemed necessary. The order may also be canceled if you do not provide phone confirmation or fail to answer.
SHIPPING WITH BOXNOW (Only for Greece)
Alternatively, you can choose to pick up your order from any BoxNow automated parcel machine (Locker).
Costs and Weight/Dimension Limits:
• Up to 5 kg: 2.00 euros (Maximum parcel dimensions: For 2kg - 8x45x60cm / For 5kg - 17x45x60cm)
• From 5 kg to 20 kg: 3.00 euros (Maximum parcel dimensions: For 20kg - 36x45x60cm)
Important clarifications for the BoxNow option:
• Payment method: Exclusively via credit/debit card (payment upon ordering). Cash on delivery or bank deposit are not supported.
• Invoice: Invoice issuance is not supported for orders shipped via BoxNow.
Shipments to Cyprus are charged 8.00 euros for parcels up to 3kg.
For shipments of more than 5 pairs, additional shipping costs will apply and the order will be dispatched after prior notification from us and approval by the customer.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders are dispatched by our company on the next business day (Monday to Friday) from the day you placed your order. Orders to major urban centers are shipped via your chosen courier company and delivered within 1-2 business days.
Orders to the rest of Greece are shipped via your chosen courier company and delivered within 2-3 business days. The delivery time is not specific and takes place between 10:00 and 19:00.
If you request a specific delivery time, you will be charged the additional cost determined by your chosen Courier company.
Please also note that deliveries are not made during weekends and public holidays. If you request delivery during the weekend, you will be charged the additional cost determined by your chosen Courier company.
ORDERS FOR STORE PICKUP
Orders for store pickup remain available for the customer for 24 hours. If they are prepaid, they can be held longer upon prior arrangement.
