1. Shipping costs to Cyprus
Shipments to Cyprus are charged 8.00 euros up to 3kg
For shipments of more than 5 pairs, additional shipping costs will apply and the order will be dispatched after prior notification from us and approval by the customer.
Shipments to Cyprus are made via Geniki Taxydromiki by freight transport (ship).
NOTE 1: Orders to Cyprus must be prepaid in order to be shipped by us.
NOTE 2: For very specialized cases (for products with abnormal weight), it may be necessary to weigh the desired product first, in order to calculate the exact shipping cost.
3. Estimated delivery time
For all countries (except GREECE), the estimated delivery time ranges from 7 to 20 business days.
4. Returns - Exchanges
For any returns - exchanges, for all the above countries, the customer bears the shipping costs.
5.For returns from abroad, the shipping costs of all routes are borne by the person making the return. Please note that in case a refund is requested to a bank outside Greece, the final amount refunded to the customer is calculated based on the product's value on the date of purchase, minus the shipping costs and the remittance fees to a foreign bank (approximately 20€ for a Bank within the EU).
